Counting sheep....
This past Wednesday I was struggling. I usually can function with a little bit of sleep but waking up at 2 am with 2 hours of sleep is a game changer. I have decided that no matter what happens I will be in bed by 7pm on Tuesday nights!!! I did not feel good during the entire 5 hours I was there and could not even get in front of the green screen :-( never again! Sleep is so important to being able to function. And yes you may already know this but, falling asleep at 7 pm is not as easy as it may seem.Now being in college I usually fall asleep in an instant as soon as I hit the bed. But this is not the case on Tuesday nights because my family is so dang loud! (Problems of a commuter student). Tonight I decided to go and buy earplugs...Please let this solve my issues.
